Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 4, 2026. This document outlines how AMZ IPTV collects, uses, and protects your information.
1. Introduction
Welcome to AMZ IPTV ("we," "our," or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any personal data you may share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, and store your information when you access our website (iptvlookup.com / iptv.tutoje.cz), use our IPTV subscription checker, API, or any related services.
By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our services immediately.
2. Information We Collect
We collect several different types of information to provide and improve our Service to you:
- Account & Authentication Data: When you log in via Discord, we receive your Discord ID, username, and avatar URL. We do NOT have access to your Discord password or private messages.
- IPTV Credentials: When you use our checker, you submit server URLs, usernames, passwords, or MAC addresses. These are processed to verify the validity of the subscription.
- Usage Data: We may collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, and the pages you visit for security monitoring (e.g., rate limiting) and analytics.
- Payment Information: If you donate or purchase Premium, transactions are processed via Ko-fi or NOWPayments. We only store transaction IDs and associated Discord/Email identifiers to grant your Premium status. We do NOT store credit card numbers.
3. How We Use Your Data
AMZ IPTV uses the collected data for various purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service (e.g., verifying if an IPTV line is active).
- To populate our Global Search Library with working channels, movies, and series (unless a Premium "Private Scan" is explicitly used).
- To prevent abuse, bot attacks, and enforce rate limits.
- To process payments and grant automated Premium benefits.
Free Tier vs. Premium Private Scans
By default, all successfully validated IPTV lines submitted by free users are added to our shared database to help build the community catalog. Premium users may select the "Private Scan" option, which ensures that their submitted credentials are ONLY checked and NEVER saved, indexed, or shared.
4. Third-Party Services & Sub-processors
We employ third-party companies to facilitate our Service. These third parties have access to minimal data only to perform specific tasks on our behalf:
Cloudflare
Security & CDN
Discord
Authentication
Ko-fi
Fiat Payments
NOWPayments
Crypto Payments
IP-API
Geo-Location Data
A-ads
Advertising Network
5. Data Retention & Security
We retain your Discord profile data for as long as your account is active on our platform. IPTV credentials submitted via the public checker remain in our database indefinitely until the line expires or becomes permanently inactive (dead), at which point our automated systems purge it.
We implement strict security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, hashed API tokens, and continuous firewall monitoring. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
6. GDPR & Your Privacy Rights (Right to be Forgotten)
If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have specific data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We aim to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.
- The right to access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- The right to erasure: You have the right to request that we delete your personal information.
Notice Regarding IPTV Credentials
Generic IPTV credentials (randomly generated usernames/passwords) are NOT considered Personal Data under GDPR. Consequently, we do NOT process manual deletion requests for free-tier indexed lines simply because a user changed their mind. However, if an indexed IPTV line contains personally identifiable information (e.g., your real name, personal email address), you may invoke your Right to be Forgotten to have it manually removed.
7. Contact Information
For any privacy-related inquiries, DMCA takedown notices, or requests regarding the Right to Erasure, please contact our Data Protection Officer at:
* Please include proof of identity (such as emailing from the associated address or providing your Discord ID) when making data deletion requests.
